Night creams are thick, creamy moisturizers that are designed to absorb gently into the skin over the course of the night. Creams aren’t as strong as sleeping masks, but they’re meant to be worn on a daily basis. They may contain chemicals like retinoids that are not suggested for use during the day. The primary goal of night creams is to moisturize and soothe inflamed skin.
You can use a night cream every night, especially during the winter months. Sleep masks, on the other hand, should only be worn once or twice a week at most.
Consider sleep masks to be stronger versions of night creams: they’re more effective and can help with a wider range of skin problems that’s why it is also recommended by medical mask suppliers.
